The place was really great, located in a beautiful building, with a fantastic breakfast area and delicious meals served.

The staff were pleasant and the facilities were great! Greatly enjoyed the family room I was given, it had an iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a TV set.

The stay was absolutely good. The staff was reasonably good and helpful, everything was fine. The room was practical and modern, had private bathroom. Having a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels was a bonus. Location: the hotel was very close to an indoor garden n a park in front, and an indoor jungle with natural daylight

The location is great, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and family-friendly.

Can't see any other reason going to this hotel except for business. It has a large trade fair and conference room complex. Would not go here for any other purpose.

Arrived on a Sunday. Apart from the bar snacks there was only one set menu available. Nothing else. Service was rude and indifferent. Bar closed at 22.00 (!). a disgrace for a hotel in that area (there's nowhere else to go for food or drink).

The air conditioning wasn't working on the heating.

I booked a lovely standard twin room with great views from the higher floors.

Nice design and the inner "tropical' garden looks very nice. Clean room, good staff and the gym, pool and sauna facilities were welcome after a working day.

Location near the highway doesn't offer many places around in a walking distance. Morning buffet quite limited especially if you are staying a longer period.

Spacious and modern. Spectacular lobby with tropical garden theme. Decent sized gym. Excellent choice at breakfast.

Evening restaurant meals a bit limited for choice but this is a common problem in Scandic hotels. If you stayed more than two nights you may need to eat out. Quite expensive but then Stockholm is an expensive place.

I absolutely loved the hotel's gorgeous tropical garden in the atrium. The glass ceiling allowed plenty of natural light to pour in, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The lush palm trees and soothing waterfall made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel. Everything was conveniently located, and I didn't have to worry about long walks or navigating steep stairways.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is improved communication from the staff. Sometimes it felt like the children working there were not fully informed about the hotel amenities or any issues that may have arisen.

Scandic Infra City Hotel was clean, comfortable and accomodating to our needs. The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel itself was accessible and modern.

The location of the hotel isn't ideal as it is very far from Stockholm Central.
